I would not recommend this property to anyone. Positive: The location is fine. It is not an attractive area, but I know Tucson and where I needed to be the following day so this was not a concern to me. Negative: I booked this property specifically because it is described as having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This is a lie. It has one very small bathroom that doubles as the laundry as it includes a washer and dryer. This was not acceptable accommodations for our two couples. When I noted this to the host, the host denied the Booking.com description as having 2 baths. I emailed the screenshot from the website twice which is abundantly clear. It was too late to make any changes to my itinerary, or find a new place. The only accommodation offered for lying was a late checkout, because the host/service would only call the lie a "misunderstanding". The place was clean and obviously freshly painted, as the entire place reeked heavily of fresh paint. Luckily (for Tucson) the evenings were cool enough for the windows to be opened so the smell was not completely unbearable at night.

A clean comfortable little house with all the necessary things you might need away from home.

Had everything we needed and nothing more or less. Positive: Charming, simple, had everything we needed. Negative: The artificial air freshener was a bit strong. We unplugged the glade scent diffuser while we stayed and plugged it back in before we left.

Good location, but "Beware of 3rd party off-site check-in and deposit" Positive: Keyless entry instructions are slightly wrong, as the 1st touch on keyboard must NOT be on a number. Took quite a few attempts to realize the problem, but then no problems once the procedure was known. Negative: Nice clean basic place, but Beware! After reserving though booking.com, you will receive an email from "Welgo" with a "Boarding Pass" link. In order to receive check-in instructions and door code, you have to fill out the "Boarding Pass" questionnaire, make a $250 refundable damage deposit to a 3rd party off-site website, and attach a copy of your ID. I reluctantly did all these steps, but the listing should be upfront and transparent that they use a 3rd party website with lots of hoops to jump through. Also, you will not receive the door code until your check-in time, although the website does not let you know about this timing.

Comfy, convenient location. Positive: The property is very conveniently located. Nice quiet neighborhood. The house itself was super clean and cozy. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone coming to visit in Tucson
